How it works

Place your order online, and we’ll deliver a beautifully packaged empty box to your door.

Fill the box with drawings, letters, photos, or anything meaningful you’d like to include, and we'll collect it.

Once we receive your box, we’ll design and print your custom keepsake book with care.

We’ll return your finished book, along with all the original items, safely packed inside.

Of course! If you're sending artwork for more than one child, just be sure to clearly separate the pieces with the envelopes we provide. Also, don’t forget to write each child’s name on the envelope so we can match everything up!
Yes, you’ll get your artwork back via courier. But hey, if you don’t want it returned, just let us know and we’ll take care of it for you.
Absolutely! We can add a photo of your child with their name alongside it. Just send it over when you submit the artwork.
Yes, we’re all about the personal touch. You can add a dedication, either handwritten or typed, and it’s totally free. Let us know when you place the order!
We’ll arrange your artwork in a way that looks amazing. Some pieces might get their own page, others might be grouped with similar ones. If you’d prefer things in chronological order, just write a number on the back of each piece with a pencil. We may make a few adjustments to create the best layout, but you’re welcome to group them by year if that’s how you prefer it!
Once we start working on your book, we’re unable to accept more artwork. So be sure to include everything in your first submission!
Shipping fees depend on the size, weight, and destination of your package. But here’s the thing: the more books you order, the heavier the package, and the higher the shipping cost.
You’ve got two months to send your artwork back to us. Need more time? Just let us know.
Of course! If you’d like to include a special message at the beginning of the book or in a chapter, just write it down in the special instructions when checking out.
Bright colours and high contrast tend to work best. Low-contrast pieces might not print as well, but we’ll do our best to make it look great!
While we make every effort to ensure accurate image representation, the colours, textures, and effects of glitter, sequins, or layered elements may appear differently in the final product. These variations may affect the appearance of the artwork, and we cannot guarantee that the final printed product will exactly match the original piece for these types of elements.
In some cases, if we find that the image is too difficult to use due to the shape, texture, or layers, we may decide not to include it in the final product. This is done to ensure the overall quality of the book and to avoid a product that may not visually meet our standards.
